Our fourth annual show was a big hit last year and we raised over $1800 for the Lifecenter charity as well as the Look Twice Cincy charity!  And we are doing it again this year!  Biltwell is on board to supply a portion of the helmets that will be distributed to a currated group of local artists to paint, sculpt, marker etc. into their own take on helmet design. The opening show will be on a Friday September 16th at Piston Society in OTR downtown Cincinnati a week prior to the rally held Saturday September 24th when they will be auctioned off for charity by a professional auctioneer.

ArticleLogoFor the third year Biltwell Helmets has sponsored and challenged local artists to integrate ART & MOTO culture into one of their 3D canvas: a Biltwell helmet. Can you paint, marker, vinyl overlay or sculpt? When was the last time you worked with a three dimensional canvas like that!  We are looking for 12 artists to raise their hands and donate their time and talent to benefit a local charity while showcasing their style in a unique way.

The Cincinnati Cafe Racer club along with Biltwell Helmets are wanting to bring more Art to our beautiful city.

Live Art At The Opening

Live Art At The 2013 Opening

This year the gallery opening showcasing these helmets and more moto art will be held at Piston Society moto shop in OTR. You’ll be able to visit and see the creations for the entire week leading up to the Motoberfest rally. We auction them off for Charity at the rally on Saturday September 24th 2016 with  proceeds benefitting  the Life Center organ donation network: http://lifepassiton.org/ and two helmets benefitting the Look Twice Cincy charity that supports fallen riders.

Come visit the gallery opening show and come to the rally to bid on some of the coolest helmets in the city. See artists paint a helmet live during the opening show, see cool moto photos and enjoy some refreshments.

This year we are also showing traditional art styles related to motorcycles, scooters, mopeds, cars, racing, etc.  that appeal to this audience.  We will hang and show your work at our Final Friday show and the rally event itself.  You set the price you want to sell your work at, with a percentage donated back to Motoberfest to help us meet our mission.  Or you can just hang and not sell.
